Clocktower Electrics take your privacy very seriously. You should be assured that all information you provide is treated confidentially and not disclosed to any third-parties.

We only collect information when you order an item from our site (your name, address (home/delivery), telephone number, & items purchased) - or if you specifically subscribe to our mailing list (your name & e-mail address). When you order an item from our site your card details are transmitted via secure server and not available to any other parties other than Protx, our payment solution provider (PSP), who will not use your details for any reason other than processing your order. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We guarantee that we will not pass your details to ANY other party unless legally obliged to. Your e-mail address will not be given to ANY third-party and you will ONLY receive e-mails concerning information about Clocktower Electrics should you subscribe to our mailing list. We may also keep you informed of such products and services (including special offers, discounts, offers, competitions and so on) by post if you specifically ask us to at the point of ordering.  Meanwhile, your telephone number, which must be supplied for your order to be processed, will ONLY be used to contact you in the event of a query with your order, or delivery thereof. It will not be used to contact you for any other matter.

Cookies

'Cookies' (small files stored on the hard drive of your computer by your Internet browser) are simply used to enhance your shopping experience with us. The main benefits are that they keep an active shopping basket intact, even if you turn off your computer, and also remember the contact details that you enter in the secure checkout to speed up future purchasing.
